The Soul Flow Mechanics Cancellation Policy.

Many of our services are included in membership plans, meaning that there can be no effective ‘cancellation fee’ for missed appointments.

For this reason, we reserve the right to discontinue any membership at any time for repeated failings to attend reserved appointment slots with staff members.

Our gym space is NOT monitored by staff, but you are blocking slots such that your fellow members cannot utilize it. Please be courteous. Again, if we notice that you repeatedly book slots which are not used, we will cancel your membership to Soul Flow Mechanics.

Paid Services can be Rescheduled and Cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

Cancellations AFTER this time will be eligible for a 50% refund on the baseline service.
