Join our Garage Monkeys membership and take your fitness game to the next level. This is an elite workout opportunity within an exclusive social circle, with unlimited, anytime, pre-booked access to our underground fitness space (7am-9pm, 7 days a week). You are welcome to workout alone, bring a buddy (access passes for non-members: $50), or join any of our Soul Flow Socials to learn more techniques for your fitness, function, and flow.
You will get access to an online workout/equipment guide library as it is built, showing you how to optimize every minute spent in our space.
As a Functional Fitness Member you can also purchase 1:1 sessions with our Performance team - at a cadence that suits you. Whether you need accountability, occasional education, or corrective training and coaching, we provide that to our Garage Monkeys for just $75 per hour.

Unlike our memberships, our TransRelational Coaching is sold in packages: where each container lasts for a minimum of 3 months:
2 x 90-minute sessions per month (more may be offered at our discretion)
unlimited text/voice note communication in between sessions
Our containers are personalized to suit your needs and goals: whether that is a deep exploration of your Human Design, unpacking unconscious beliefs and blockages, releasing imprinted trauma physiology, and more - an initial consultation ($500 for 90-120 mins) is our on-ramp and your program will be designed from there.
