The Foundation

One modality alone — biochemistry, physiology, mindset, emotions, connection — cannot support the evolution of the whole. Health is founded on the harmony of whole humanness.
The human story of self directly influences our capacity to be physically healthy. Our identity, beliefs, and relationships change our physique, and vice versa.
Effective healthcare should work with the grain of human nature, not against it. Making wellbeing feel obtainable is not a compromise — it is the entire point.
"Efforting" is directly obstructive to thriving. Human vitality flows through infusions of play and the essence of Flow.

When these two practitioners met and began to work together, their combined vision led to the integration of modalities and the birth of Soul Flow Mechanics: a practice spanning biochemistry, functional physiology, emotional wellbeing, core belief reshaping, and spiritual self-awareness.

The key to Soul Flow Mechanics is not the breadth of the approach. It is in its integration. No session is "just" about that one thing.

Who We Are

The people behind the practice.

Caleb Greer
Health Coach · Mechanics

Caleb began in chiropractic school before pivoting to train as a Family Nurse Practitioner. After apprenticeships with world-leading Functional Neurology and pain management specialists, he founded Dasein Health, a concierge medicine practice renowned in Austin for real-world results and a genuinely comprehensive approach to wellness.

After the birth of twin babies, Caleb paused clinical work and channeled his knowledge into something broader: a model that integrates movement, functional physiology, and whole-human healthcare into one coherent practice. Within Soul Flow Mechanics, he holds the "Mechanics" — the body, the research, and the relentless pursuit of infusing movement with play, precision, and Flow.

Victoria Greer
Somatic Psychology & Relational Coach · Soul

Victoria comes from England, where her career began through her own lengthy encounter with complex, chronic illness, ultimately traced to a lifelong, undiagnosed genetic condition. That experience shaped everything. She studied trauma and psychological therapies, then turned to the physical, becoming a Naturopath and Functional Medicine provider whose practice earned a reputation for supporting the most challenging cases.

Her early introduction to both ancient and modern spiritual systems deepened her work, and she became known for translating those frameworks into her clients' lived experience. In Caleb she found a kindred spirit. Together, they built the model that became Soul Flow Mechanics. Victoria leads Soul and Spirit in the practice, and infused her pioneering approach into Temenos, a synthesis of ancient and modern mysticism designed to liberate one's soul.
